The Process

Pre-installation
The Resin drives installation team will come to site and perform a final pre-clean
Pre-Installation
The resin, hardener, graded and dried aggregates are mixed in a specialist mixer called a forced action baron mixer.
Application
The mixture is applied directly onto the prepared surface and hand floated to a minimum depth of 18mm.
Perfection
The end result is a decorative durable and functional finish which you can use for foot traffic within 4-5 hours.

Resin Drive System

The resin drive system can be used as an overlay if your existing surface is suitable to be over layered.

Initially, the preparation team start by cleaning the area with a high powered jet wash, including the removal of weed growth and loose materials.

Any patch repairs where needed are performed at this stage. 10mm drainage holes are drilled throughout the area, to allow water to drain back to ground.
